Melbourne Fertility Services (MFS) Malaysia is a joint venture between eminent gynaecologist, Dr Jean Woo and Melbourne Fertility Services, Australia founded in 1992 by Dr Jeremy Osborn and Mrs Lucy Cushnahan.

Prior to this, the two doctors worked together in 1992 and were directly involved in the first ICSI, frozen embryo and TESA procedures ever performed in Malaysia. The association grew and strengthened, culminating in the establishment of MFS Malaysia in 1996 at Gleneagles Intan Medical Centre, Kuala Lumpur.
